Custom orders may not be canceled or returned after placing the initial order. What is a custom order? Any item that is not in stock or displayed in the showroom. Delivery charges and pick up fees are non refundable.

The Fine Print
Custom Order deposits are non-refundable
Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card
Cash and Check purchases will be refunded by check through our main office
All returns must be accompanied by a receipt
Delivery fee is non-refundable and a pick-up fee will apply
Floor Model merchandise items are sold "AS IS" and are final sale.
Local orders are shipped 8-12 weeks from order time.
Any order shipping out of state will be shipped 10-14 weeks
We require a minimum 50% deposit any in store order.
